Juno opens in new version of Firefox and gets to the point where it shows I have 3 unread emails, but when I click on the 3 or go to email it does nothing at all so I cannot read my email. I tried it on internet explorer and it works on there.

Hi donwi

  1. Are you referring to Juno email i.e. https://webmail.juno.com/?cf=spl ? or something else?
  2. Just to be 100% clear, what version of Firefox are you using? Is it Firefox 57 Quantum?
  3. What operating system are you using? Windows 10?
  4. Have you tried disabling all your Firefox add-ons?
  5. If that doesn't work please try Firefox safe mode. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
  6. If that doesn't work, please let us know what you did, what you expected, what happened in more detail (i.e. what does "nothing at all mean"? posting a screenshot always helps!)

Cheers!
