Why can't you leave well enough alone? The new version looks like crap...

You were my last hope...I lost trust in Chrome because of Google's involvement with literally everything. You let me down....you joined the ranks of pointless, unwanted, useless interface "updates" that leave everyone wanting the old version back. Then wrap it in the facade that your users have to stop using the old version because it's not secure. Just fix what's not secure and leave the interface alone. Why is that so hard to get through your thick skulls? If you want to make it better, leave the interface alone and keep the support of the people that were using your software before it looked pretty. Instead of trying to gain the attention of new users who only use stuff because it looks pretty.

You failed me, worst of all, I feel you failed the large supportive community that backed your project for the longest times, back when Firefox didn't make commercial advertisements, back when Firefox wasn't a largely known browser.

You fell into the marketing sink hole that "a pretty interface will attract people." Yes, it will but it's the wrong people, they don't care about the history of what it used to be or it's larger purpose. Next thing I expect to see from you is becoming nothing more than a horse and pony show like the rest of the companies that lose sight of the larger purpose of truly making something useful to the world in-place of marketing numbers.

I'm disappointed in you Mozilla.

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

Hi FormerFirefoxLover, what parts of the interface would you prefer to change? In some cases, that may be possible using an add-on, and in other cases, using custom style rules. Some changes are not possible because of new limits on the ability of add-ons to affect protected areas of the browser.
