I used to use FT Deep Dark theme, and that was nice. Now the Firefox update (which I wish I could back out of and revert to the old one) has no compatible themes to make the screen darker. I have a refractive eye disorder that makes bright lights a challenge, and when I use the included Dark Theme, it is dark on the first screen, but as soon as I go to a new page the tabs all go bright, the menu bar goes bright, and the pages are not noticeably different. The themes I can find online all dim the page (and make white words, which is annoying), but none dim the menu bar and tabs. I am so unhappy, my browsing experience is a bummer now, and I really appreciate any help!

Can only suggest keep looking for themes using key word black. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/black-shine/ Can try this with other themes also or by itself : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/theme-font-size-changer/ Only thing can think of is to read up on this as it is unlimited as to what you can do and this is just small fraction for ideas. Also suggest make a detail numbered list of what you need so someone can look it at it and go ok, and give the code for each you want/need.
