How to enable UTF-16 in Thunderbird (52.7.0) win 7 x64 email previev?

One of my sender send me html emails wit UTF-16 encoding , if I try to save it to file than open i IE. its working but it's not solution... any idea? I tried few extension but with not good result.

Hi Christ1 Thx for answer, but this solution I have already done without good result. My mistake, that I have not all writen clear.

When I use f.e. windows mail , I see in preview sender name, but not html file attachment, in TB I see "html code" but when saved to file, and view in IE - is ok, but FF or Chr ....html code with "?".

I think problem is with incomming mail - with HTML email body not displaying if base64 encoded , any idea now?
