how to stop my home address from getting hyperlinked to google maps

In a thunderbird email, I included my home address typed (as text) at the bottom of the message. When I received a reply that quoted my original message, I noticed that a hyperlink had been inserted for my home address. Clicking on it brought up a google map with my precise location indicated. This seems like pretty outrageous, and potentially dangerous, behavior. How can I make it stop? Thanks in advance.
