Firefox is an internet browser. Firefox natively doesn't handle file transfers between devices, but there are various websites and cloud storage platforms that could do it for you.

For example, a common one for Apple products is iCloud. If you put files from the phone onto iCloud, you should download them from the iCloud website in Firefox on your Windows laptop.
