I'm new with Thunderbird. I am using windows10, Thunderbird version 60.3.2 (32 bits) and the skin "Nuvola TB". At first, I saw the "Initial Page" and "Contacts" tabs. Having been closed, I was never able to add those 2 tabs at the top of the Thunderbird window. Can you help me? Thank you

Are you thinking of the Contacts sidebar? It can be displayed in a Write (new message) window by pressing F9. Or, are you missing the button for Address Book in the main window? There is an add-on to display contacts in tabs, but I don't think that's the issue here.
