re Junk & Spam: Why is a msg with Trump shown in the Subject but 1 w/ "Make Money today" Not junk or spam?

Hello, I get messages with Subjects that talk about Pres. Trump and it will be marked as Junk. But I also get messages saying "Make Money From Home Today" and it will not be marked. These are just 2 examples but I wonder if T'Bird code writers let their personal assumptions train (used loosely) their software? IOW's, are Messages with conservative themes, marked as Junk or Spam while others messages that may be considered 'Risky' do not receive the same critical view?

This has got nothing to do with the developers. You're the one who needs to train the junk filter. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Junk_Mail_Controls
