On Thunderbird, I keep getting an email timed 4:03 p.m. on 3/27/2019. I am not getting any additional emails. This is only on my primary account. I just keep getting the same email over and over again after I delete it.

Soluție aleasă

two chjoices. both should work.

1. log into your providers wen mail and delete what appear to be the email following the one you are geting, it will probably be in the spam folder.

2. Disable email scanning of your email until you actually manage to complete a download.

The repeat is because an anti virus program is regurgitating it's lunch because of an email you are receiving. instead of doing something "smart" it just drops the connection and the whole fiasco starts again 10 or 15 minutes letter when you go to get the mail again.
