I have enabled OTP for my account. Sadly it's used Google Authenticator and this app be removed from my phone.

Just wonder how can i do in this case ? Can we send OTP via SMS instead ( at least for this case )

Yes, i can use another account but it's not good option.

Any documents for verifying i can provide as well .

Thank you, Viet Vu

Didn't you save the recovery codes?

Without an app or extension that generates the 6-digit TOTP code you won't be able to access this account and and you will have to create a new account with a different email address.

Hi there No, i don't save any backup code ( i don't think it's safe - anyone can take that ). Yes i know i can create new account with different email but ... it's not happy. Because i want to use one email for crossing platform: Google / Apple / Firefox etc ...

If possible FF can help me "delete" my old account. It's fine for me. So i can re-use it . No data saved on that account at all.

Thank you, Viet Vu
