When I open Firefox and try to load a website, the browser has difficulty loading the page, as if there isn't internet connection. I switch to chrome and the website loads with no problem. When I switch back to Firefox, it's still trying - the little blue loading status bar still stuck about 1/4 of the way. To correct this, I back out of Firefox, I open the recent app list and close it from there, and than relaunch it. Sometimes I have to do this twice. Any help would appreciated. I'm using Samsung's Galaxy Note 10plus running Android 9 with Firefox version 68.1.1 Thank you

Hi

As a first step, open the Android Settings app and select Applications. Find Firefox for Android and clear the cached storage (not data!).

Does this help?
