Google Analytics isn't "built into" Firefox. It's a service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic using software on the server for web sites that a user would visit. An ad blocker such a uBlock Origin can block Google Analytics from being active in the web pages that you go to.

I think that builtin Enhanced Tracking Protection also block Google Analytics.

Firefox shows an highlighted shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Tracking Protection is blocking content.

  • click the shield icon for more details and possibly disable the protection

You can check in the Web Console what content is blocked.
