Hi there.

Since I upgraded to the latest version (v68.10.0) - when I click on 'Email Page' from OneNote, instead of sending the .MHT file in the default email client (Outlook), it opens the .MHT file in Thunderbird - this has only happened since the upgrade.

I have checked - Thunderbird is not my default email client - Outlook is.

How do I change this behaviour?

Thanks for the help and support.

Soluție aleasă

Sometimes, the default setting has to be made in several places. First, set Outlook as the default from within Outlook. If that doesn't work (after restarting the computer), set Outlook as default in W10 Settings, Apps, Default apps.

Yep checked both those and run a repair of O365 - still the same issue.......

I seem to have fixed it - thought I would share here.

I reset all default programs, and it changed Email to 'Mail' - however it seems to actually use Outlook as it used to.....very strange but maybe this helps someone else!

Thanks.

I do export content by drag and drop or copy-paste to Onenote, and form all other browser I get in Onenote automatically the link, because that is how I set the option in Onenote. I just discovered, after making Firefox my default browser that it does not do it. This means double so much work for me, and I could not find the option to change this in settings. Will need to remove the default browser option. Unless someone offers a solution
