My guess is that Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) feature is blocking something from loading properly on the CBC All Access website. My recommendation is to try disabling ETP on that website.

Information on how to do that can be found on the Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for desktop page under the What to do if a site seems broken section.
