Hi, Is there a possibility to share contacts database with other users in Thunderbird? We have three computers and I need one global address book shared between them. It will be more convinient to just add one address to DB from one computer than type it manually three times on every machine separetely.

Thanks for replys.

There is an add-on that performs a kind of synchronization:

There are add-ons to sync network address books, such as TbSync and Card Book, as well as the built-in CardDAV option. These work well with a single user syncing contacts over several devices, but some care would be needed with multiple users accessing the same contacts, to avoid conflicts. Perhaps give one user read/write access, and the others read-only access.

Thank you for your answer. We need to synchronize contacts for different users. I checked all the add-ons you added, but I think we'll use the built-in Thunderbird LDAP option. Thanks for your time and reply.
