I've used Thunderbird for 25 years and have been happy with it. A few weeks ago it quit working on my iPhone and my iPad. On 5/8 it quit working on my computer. It does not take any of the passwords I've used in the past.It tells me that "Login to server imap.earthlink.net with username djphoto@vol.com failed. I've downloaded it twice, but the problem persists.

I can still get emails to djphoto@vol.com through earthlink, but I hate using it. Thunderbird's interface is far superior to any other program I've used.

Thanks for any help you can give. Dave Jenkins

You should check with your email provider whether there were any changes on their end. Also see https://support.mozilla.org/kb/cannot-receive-messages
