I can no longer log into my vudu.com account using my Firefox Browser, can this be fixed, or do I have to use Edge now? There are other websites that I could never log into with Firefox, but I consider those sites that I don't have to use, but I have a movie library on vudu.com, I pretty much have to use vudu.com. I never had a problem logging into vudu.com before, it has to be one of the last couple of Firefox updates.

I've done everything suggested, but there is no message. It simply will not allow me to login using Firefox, I have to use Edge or another browser.

Detail: I open the vudu.com account login page, type in my email address & password, but when I try to click the button, it doesn't click, it's like the website isn't working, but on other browsers the button clicks as normal & I'm logged into my vudu.com account. Like I said there is no message; it's like the page is just dead or something.

Page up. Does it say; Login failed Please check your information and try again.

What part of "there is no message" did you not understand? No, nothing, it says nothing, it simply doesn't work with Mozilla Firefox Browser, it works fine with other browsers, using the exact same information to login.

Now I cannot login to my account at sling.com either. It's Firefox that is the problem, & I didn't have this problem before the last couple of updates of Firefox. I give up, I've done exactly what was suggested. There is NO MESSAGE, & I still have to use the EDGE browser to login to my account. So, I give up & will use the EDGE browser from now on to login to those accounts.
