I receive a 12 Mb PDF attachment. I am able to open it using my browser and going to gmail online. But when I try to open or save using TB then I cannot see it. Well I can save it but the saved PDF is smaller and corrupted.

I am using TB Version 91.1.1 64 bit on Windows Version 10.0.19042.1237

Thanks.

Tell your anti virus program to not scan email attachments. That is the usual reason they are corrupted.

Btw I've seen this is a 2 years old bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1576584 not solved yet. Even if they say "some attachments are marked as "size unknown", but indeed my attachment shows correctly its size. :-(

Thanks.

I found that this error appears only if the attachment is big, say about > 5 Mb. (mine was 12 Mb) So my work around is to set filelink for attachments > 5 Mb.

But the problem is still there when I receive a bigger pdf attached. I cannot open or save it.
