Whenever I click on a web search link that goes to Facebook, my Firefox browser back button is cleared. This makes it impossible to go back to my original search easily.

When I remember and notice, I open link in new tab to retain my history.
This started happening several months ago and can be frustrating when doing deep searches.
I hope there is a security setting I am missing that is allowing Facebook access to my browsing history!
Thanks for your help!

Soluție aleasă

That could be a limitation of the Facebook Container extension that prevents using the back button to return to Facebook once you leave the website.
