English words can't display properly for some website

more options

Some website can't display English content properly (shown as rubbish text as in figure provided), but if I copy those text and paste them else where (for example in a .txt file), they shown as English. I even disabled all of my plugins, but it still has the problem.

It won't have such a problem if I open the same web page via chromium-based browsers.

Just wondering what might be the cause?

I'm using the MacOS Ventura 13.2.1, and encounter this problem before when I was using Tor browser, but never happened on Windows computers. So myself was guessing it could be related to Gecko and MacOS?
