Javascript Enable instructions for 118.0 seem incorrect

One version says go "Tools > Options > Content" - but my Tools mention has no options found

Other version says to " Enable JavaScript on Mozilla Firefox

   1. On the web browser, click the Firefox menu and select Options.
   2. In Options window, select the Content tab.
   3. Mark the Enable JavaScript checkbox.
   4. In Options window, click on the OK button to close it.
   5. Click on the Reload current page button on the web browser to refresh the page.

I am in IOS Firefox, 118.0

There are no instructions to enable JavaScript in current releases, JavaScript is built-in and can't be disabled as this would break almost all websites as these days websites rely on JS working properly. If JavaScript isn't working or a website complains then this is likely a problem with a content blocking extension.
