Retirar espaço duplo do e-mail

Gostaria de saber como retirar o espaço duplo do paragrafo (como fossem dois enter's).
Ja pesquisei naquela soluçao Ferramentas>Opçoes>Composiçao mas nao achei.
Versao do Thunderbird: 115.12.1 (64 bits)

Uncheck 'Use Paragraph format instead of Body Text by default' in Settings/Composition/HTML Style.
