Can you please tell me the settings to sign in Thunderbird with a POP3 email account with gmail.com? I have tried all day yesterday and nothing works. After typing in the ports and all other settings it tells me the configurations are wrong. I sure would appreciate any help!

Enable POP in gmail webmail settings. Disable 2-factor authentication and use account (not app) password in OAuth2 dialog. Accept cookies in TB Settings. TB account wizard should find the settings automatically. Disable VPN if used.
