Firefox 3.6.2 Mac OS 10.6 go to craisglist or other web pages click on email address link and 1000s of empty pages are spawned. Have to kill process to shut down firefox.

Found it necessary to kill Firefox in process list to shutdown.

Hello Doug.

You may be having a problem with some extension or plugin that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
