won't load, hangs at the "loading" phase...all week. Affects all browsers, firefox, chrome, IE ....test pages suggested by Microsoft Silverlight work fine. Can't even contact the wordens, who run the site...because it won't load.

THE POINT: .. in a last ditch effort, I disabled “Enable application storage”, and reloaded the page.

BACKGROUND: On one of my computers, freestockcharts.com would not load. It passed through a couple of messages about connecting and connected to, then would hang on “Loading”

I’m running: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Microsoft Silverlight 4.0.60531.0 (reinstalled and computer restarted for good measure) I tried on IE 9 & Google Chrome 12.0.742.112, & Firefox 5.0.1. All have the same results. I also successfully tested Silverlight (I think) by running a Silverlight test app found here: http://bubblemark.com/

I had already deleted the website under “App Storage” in the silverlight control panel, and then restarted the computer. However, in a last ditch effort, I disabled “Enable application storage”, and reloaded the page.

THIS RESOLVED MY PROBLEM! Crazy stuff, but thought I would pass it along in case you find it useful.
