Another Hotmail user mentioned using the "mobile" device interface works for Firefox 2.0.0.20 versions, you might want to see if that is true for Firefox 3.0.3, too.

If not, you might want to visit the Windows Live / Hotmail forum and see if they have any fix recommendations.

Windows live and their forums are useless. Not sure what mobile device interface is or where to find. I've no mobile devices. Thank you for your suggestion.
