I am unable to print an email from gmail or print from a website when using Firefox (no problem doing either one with Safari).

Thank you for the link. However, when I type in about:config a warning comes up that says to go further may invalidate my warranty.... so I did not pursue that option. 

The printer set up has been checked and is set up correctly.

Any suggestions?
