Previous Firefox allowed me to easily access my work Lotus Notes at home.

Installed newest Firefox: Lotus Notes partially loads (I get all of the tool bars, etc) but none of my email content loads (the portion of LN that shows emails is empty).

Error window says:

A Domino Web Access script error has occurred that might result in missing data within the current page. If your current operation did not complete, click OK, and then refresh your browser display. Show details

But when I do OK/refresh nothing new happens.

Help!

The only solution in to uninstall firefox 4 (just drop the icon of firefox in the trash) and reinstall Firefox 3.6 (look for the old disk-image in your download folder). I did it in 3 minutes and now I am back with the very good old Firefox 3.6.13

I can't find my old Firefox 3.6 in 'programs'. All I see is the new one that I don't like! I've also searched the Mozilla website to download 3.6 and have not had any luck doing that either. Help ! Need my Lotus Notes!!

IBM has released a hotfix for IBM Lotus Domino 8.5.2 Fix Pack 2 that must be installed on the e-mail server by your administrator:

To find the old Firefox 3.6 in yous computer, try to look in the download folder (where your computer piles up all the downloaded files you have). In Mac computers it is usually in the dock; but I had to search back a lot to find it because it was downloaded more than one year ago. In PC I don't know exactly, but there must be a "download folder" in the user folder (a folder with your username)

I personally verified ant it is really working. It is sufficient to install the Remote XUL manager in a very simple way:

1) Install the addon: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire.../remote-xul-manager/

2) Open the config dialog of the addon and insert the name of the domain that you want to allow (for example in my case it was the first part of the web adress of my job, where I am forced to use Lotusnotes)

Then everything works fine as before with Firefox 3.6.

I am not an expert but I understand that Firefox doesn't want to support anymore XUL because of safety concerns, this is the reason why you are supposed to make a whitelist of domains allowed.

Thank you! The Remote XUL Manager fix worked great. At least until yesterday when I upgraded to Firefox 5. Now when I try to reply to an email the console shows this error:

THIS WORKS!!!! THANK YOU. I have been hesitating since last year to update my MOZILLA. Somehow the update occurred finally without me hitting the update button. I was unable to access my LOTUS email (only the LITE VERSION) until now. Thank you!
