So, I was launching Firefox back around 4/27/11, and an automatic update happened. After that, I could not use Firefox at all. Clicking on the icon in my dock and clicking on the icon in my Applications Folder yielded no response.

I am currently running Mac OSX Version 10.4.11. I was running Firefox 3.6.10. When I went to your web site to try to reload, the response was that I was already running 3.6.10. When I tried to load 4, a Firefox icon appeared with a "not" sign through it.

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Firefox 4 requires at least OS X 10.5 and an Intel Mac.

For a Firefox 4 compatible version that runs on Mac OS X 10.4.11 or Mac OS X 10.5.8 (PPC) you can look at:

Firefox 3.6.x (Mac OS X 10.4 and later) can be found here:
