How can I have Firefox 4.01 only open my home page and not 2 tabs with one page I do not want?

When I open Firefox 4.01 the following page opens along with my home page:

QUESTION: How can open Firefox 4.01 and ONLY have it open MY homepage? I find the page above annoying. If I wanted it I would go to it. PLEASE help me get my home page back. I've tried resetting my home page. That does not work. I've tried everything I know to no avail!.....sigh!
