My firefox/google toolbar is now in black in the last bar with features missing

I have a black google toolbar now that is missing features, like language tools that were previously on the lowest white google toolbar strip. When I click on google search bar above it the same change has occurred. How do I get the old google homepage back with the white background and the toolbars back?
