Everytime I begin to type something for the first time, the support tab opens up. I don't know why, and i don't want it to.

Any time I begin to type something into anything, (search bar, address bar, anything), a tab opens showing the support page, once i close it i can type what I wanted to.

Are you just typing in the location bar or do you click the Home button on the toolbar when this happens?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
