When I open a new tab or attempt to change within open tabs a broad black line pops up over the left portion of the tabs area. It stays as long a 1 minute then goes away. Has anyone else had this problem and do you have a fix for this bug?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
