In theory, based on the specifications shown in Wikipedia, your CPU can run Firefox Mobile. However, based on a few web searches, you might find it difficult to install any apps that are not in the official Nook market. (I think that's why this page says "root required": https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platf.../Android#System_Requirements.)

The Nook color tablet uses Android OS as IE 9 is for Windows.
