My version of Firefox that I've been using for the last couple years was corrupt, and I had to re-install. I had created an account to save my bookmarks before re-installing the program, but the new Firefox will not recognize the bookmarks (and didn't import ANY of them). This is super frustrating, especially since this is the primary browser I use for my job and had a LOT of work-related information on it. The JSON files cannot be opened at all...is there a converter you would recommend for those JSON files or what would you suggest? I need my bookmarks back!

Thank you for your help.

For JSON files (.json files), you would need to use the Restore command, not the Import command. This article has the steps: Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer. Does that work?
