I had a previous version preinstalled but to update I uninstalled since I was not aware about the option of update. Now it is not getting installed
I had a previous version installed in this computer. I wanted to update it to the lastest version used in my pc. Since I had no knowledge about 'update' option provided by you on your websit, I uninstalled the existing version of firefox and tried installing the latest one. The problem is that the installation doesn't gets completed. It shows " Your downloading was interrupted" a few time later after the installaltion is started. please help me and let me know how to install the newer version on my computer correctly

hello, please see if it is working correctly with the full installer instead that can be obtained from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
