new tab is blank. No top sights. no "gear icon" to change settings. blank. How do I get top sights back?
I set up a number of top sights and things were working fine. Today when I open a new tab, Top Sights do not appear. It is a blank page. There is no "gear icon" to change settings. The page is totally blank. I can still use my bookmarks, but the Top Sights feature is gone. How do I get it back?

You can check the browser.newtab.url pref on the about:config page.
