If I click on Foxeh & then my favourites, it tells me that a 'problem occurred whilst loading your favorites'...also the Personas Rotator is not working, I usually fix this by clicking onto my favourites & it lets me log in .....now I cannot log in.... How do I log in to My Favourites. I am using Windows XP PRO SP 3.0 32 bit on a desktop. Thanks Sylvia

What is Foxeh ? Is it a web site?

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Thanks FredMcD, for trying, but I can't believe you don't know what Foxeh is, & you are on Mozilla Firefox!! Foxeh is their , well Mascot, I would call him....Baris Derin (Personas creator) uses him as the logo for Personas & Personas Rotator....As I said in my explanation, the rotator stops working & when I try to access 'my favourites' to fix it, it will not let me in, giving me that little message..... I was hoping for an answer from someone who uses Personas/Rotator that has more knowledge than I.... Thanks again Sylvia

Foxkeh:

Foxkeh (フォクすけ fokusuke?) is a mascot created by Mozilla Japan to help introduce Firefox to new users in Japan. Foxkeh is a fox kit with a flame for a tail - a "firefox". The name combines the English word "fox" with the suffix "suke" (すけ; 助, 輔, 介) found in some Japanese male names.

What website does the Personas Rotator use to log in to to have more Personas installed?

The Add-ons page still show getpersonas.com, but that website no longer exists?

Do you now need an account for the Add-ons website?

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Thanks Cor-el....I have submitted this to the developer, Baris Derin, sorry to have bothered you, also sorry if I spelled the word wrong, I loved that you advised me of how the name came about, Foxkeh, not Foxeh!! I must admit, when at first I thought it was Foxeh, I thought 'How Cool' lol.... I am once again educated, love to learn.... Many thanks Sylvia PS. I got his web address from the add-ons list....S.
