Is there a lsit of sites with non-default permissions for plugins. For example: I have permission for plugin always ask. Fo java plugin on some sites i pressed button always allow, for other sites not to allow. And now i want to view all the sites where i allowed java or not allowed. I know how to cahnge permission on specific site. But where i can find permission list.

In Permission manager( about:permissions) there is no information about plugin permissions.

Can somebody help me.

Hello Darkruss1991, yes you are correct, plugins list not exist in about:permissions. Th only way is the way you already done :

some sites i pressed button always allow, for other sites not to allow. And now i want to view all the sites where i allowed java or not allowed

So far, the only way is this;

Go to the web page. Once the page is loading, mouse to the address bar and Left click the icon. A window for displaying site information should come up. Select More Information. Now select Permissions. In the menu, find the plugin, and set it to Never or Ask. This action will only effect that one site.

You could possibly use the SQLite Manager extension to inspect the permissions.sqlite file that stores persistent permissions. If you search for type that starts with 'plugin' in the SQLite Manager then you should see all entries about permissions for plugins (e.g. plugin-flash).
