Is this a website that has been added to the google save browsing api? This is also used to block untrusted sites in Firefox. You will have to disable it in the about:config page. I do not recommend keeping it disabled.
You can set the browser.safebrowsing.appRepURL pref on the about:config page to an empty string value if you are willing to accept the risks that come with disabling this security feature.
