Youtube video goes back to 0:00 and Freezes

Sometimes on youtube, I'm watching a video and then it plays for a bit and it then goes back to 0:00 and stops playing. In order to play it, I have to refresh the page and sometimes, the problem reoccurs. Any suggestions to help fix this problem?
