I do know the mobile version of facebook does require you to swipe up in order for more of the feed to load. Are there any connection or internet lag that you experience in other apps as well?

It's the swipe up that I find does not achieve scrolling. Mobile Facebook behaves as expected using chrome, so that is what I have to use; but it would be nice to have the choice.

Maybe your browser is not updated. Backdated version of browsers have bugs that may cause the problem. See below how to update your browser.
