Have a DoD root certificate installed. Either FF isn't recognizing it or it doesn't care. I cannot seem to add it and I add the connection

For the third time since I've been going to this website, I installed root cert 5.0 yesterday. Newly installed FF yesterday also. I am on a newly re-installed Win 10 computer. Running as Admin, I can click on the NSS store and set it as default, I think. It's the DoD CA-28 certificate which expires 2017.

No matter which directions I read, I can't figure out what to do here.

I cannot tell if the entire kit/module was added to FF. I figure if it was, I shouldn't get this message. In the root kit, this cert is listed as an intermediate cert with check marks showing it has been installed.

I can't add the website as an exception, either.

www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates. An additional root certificate may need to be imported. Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

Thank you.

cor-el,

This is my third installation of v5, (both as admin and not) since yesterday. One set of instructions says you must close FF and then there is this one. I tried both ways.

Firstly, v5 has a different UI, so of course you can't perform the same steps. Secondly, ActivClient 1 or 2 is not on my computer, so I cannot add the module. If AC1 or 2 is part of FF, I don't have it or it is a hidden file.

Per attachment: As you can see, CA - 28 is installed, but FF doesn't seem to know it.

Thank you.
