In last few weeks when I reply to an email the receiver is not getting my emails. I have tidied up my emails so size should not be an issue. Thanks

I have a 'contact us' form on my website. When people use this it sends an email to my mozilla inbox. I reply to them with no problems. Recently it appears that when i reply it will appear in my 'sent emails' but the receiver will not get my mail.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Does the same thing happen with e-mails you send that are not replies to those e-mail?

If you have another e-mail address you use, try CC'ing or BCC'ing that address in one of the replies you send and see if you receive that e-mail at that address.

In my experience, the #1 cause of this problem is that your e-mail ends up in the recipient's spam/junk folder, which they don't look at.

Another possibility is that your IP address (your computer and/or Internet connection), has gotten on a Black List for spamming.

Try the CC or BCC first and let us know what happens.

I've cleared cookies and now the emails are going to the junk folder which is better than not sending at all. It's not ideal as this will impact my business enormously. Now got a friend in IT looking at it. Thanks for the reply Bruce. Cheers Paul
