Malwarebytes... a disturbing pattern is emerging from this company with secret employees and no phone help. Yet they are continually collecting MY data. What else are they collecting? What are they causing? Why should we trust this non-vetted company and their nameless/numberless employees with our computers and data, esp if we use computers for sensitive client data with social security numbers? Is it a coincidence that my computer has crashed... and the restart just happens to want a NEW version of Malwarebytes installed? Our Ransomware attack was NOT kept out with Premium Malwarebytes, no pity, no help, no decrpytors but continual requests for the attack data. WHY isn't Malwarebytes required to sign a proprietary agreement that the USA govt would recognize and the IRS accept as "Due Diligence." BEWARE! Malwarebytes cash flow is ever increasing with fierce concentrated sales effort of "protection." So, as millions have turned to FireFox to keep Microsoft data-collection at bay, can FireFox undertake for us once again in the "protection" anti-virus, malware arena. Can you help us monitor Malwarebytes intrusions? Can you help us set a govt standard that "protection companies" have to sign to meet our business "Due Diligence" requirements to keep client data safe and secure? Finally, as regards our legal "Due Diligence," can FireFox help establish a payment standard TO US from Malwarebytes in the development of new protection products? For all businesses with a legal computer security "Due Diligence," shouldn't we be receiving compensation, and in the very least, receive the finest data security protection at minimal cost, if not free?

Hi

This sounds less about a support issue with Firefox and more about a concern with Malwarebytes software

I think you may need to contact Malwarebytes about this.

Please... as a wonderful non-profit wanting to keep a free-internet: could you please begin to monitor Malwarebytes data across the entire FireFox network? 1) Crashes associated with Malwarebytes updates/new version installation 2) All public information available with Malwarebytes employees names/positions/phone/email and any PUBLIC webinars they conduct (few, but they appear to be venturing out to address Ransomware stats/fixes/codes; can FireFox monitor these "PUBLIC forums" that perhaps suggests that they are responding to a GROWING PUBLIC DISTRUST. 3) The data associated with Malwarebytes COLLECTION of Firefox users actual computer code. Can non-profit, public supported FireFox help to further protect a free-internet with PUBLIC DISCLOSURES OF ALL KNOWN MALWAREBYTES corporate and company info, directives and data-collection/security practices?
