It's been mentioned now 3 times to email donate@mozilla.org. We are not paid employees of Mozilla nor do we have access to that kind of information.

I didn't ask them to solve the problem, I asked for them to refer me to help, Obviously there is something very wrong with an you organization that you can't get help in finding out what is going on with a charge! I am VERY disappointed in you!

And you should not trust any other information channel to assist with your question. You should contact donate@mozilla.org directly by email.
