I Just received an email saying, "Final Warning: Account will be de-activated shortly" . The email says all my email will be deleted and it It came from Technical Support <info@greenworld.com>. Is this from Mozilla? Or is it a scam. I get almost no junk mail on my account and never sign up on line with this email for ANYTHING! Not sure how they got my email address if it is not from you.

It clearly states it is supposedly from greenworld.com. Is that your provider? Contact your provider if you have a question about the message. Most likely a scam because this question come up all the time.

Even if it was legitimate it would be from your email provider. Thunderbird has nothing to do with the status of your email account. I guess lots of people do not know the difference between an email provider and email client software like Thunderbird.
