Why does firefox block my downloads, have to use IE instead
I am trying to download Samsung Kies, Firefox does nothingjust sits their, but when I use IE the download works fine, also I cannot print off bank statements, comes up with the print option & then refuses to print, but in IE this works fine, why

It is possible that security software (anti-virus, firewall) is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see whether that makes a difference.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
