Cannot open external links or posted links w10 firefox =55.0.2 no problems with Chrome. cannot uploead screen shot; "The page isn't redirecting properly firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies" emptied cache,have latest version of firefox,restarted with add ons disabled etc
