Thanks for the new screenshot feature. It's super easy. In fact, it's too easy. Because it's clear how to take a rectangular screenshot, or a screenshot of a PART/SECTION of a page, but I can't find ANYWHERE how to take a screenshot of the WHOLE page.

Well, except by using rectangular screenshot feature and annoyingly having to drag the rectangle to the whole page, including having to scroll to get to the bottom. And stretch it go get to the absolute tope. For a feature that's so "easy", this can not be the easiest way.

Or it is?

Most of the time I do this;

Windows > Start > search box > Snip. Select Snipping Tool. Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot. Save the picture(s) to your desktop. Press the Reply button. Then press the Photos button.

Thanks for that. I do use the windows 7+ snipping tool. And that will work. But my question was how to do it with the firefox built-in snapshot tool/addon specifically.

Note that you can use the builtin screenshot feature that is part of the Web Developer tools to take a full screen screenshot. You can add a full page screenshot button to the Web Developer toolbox.

This is a feature that has been present since 2012:
